Together with researchers from Oxford Computer Science, MeVitae as built a state-of-the-art explainable Artificial Intelligence (xAI) tool to help recruiters with the all-important first CV screen.

What will we be testing?
We are running this study to evaluate the usefulness of this tool to recruiters. Our main research questions are: is the tool easy to use? Does the tool enable faster decision-making? And can the tool help mitigate unconscious bias?
