Improving DE&I and Employee Wellbeing through Network Insights

The shape of our organisational networks and the positions we hold in them can greatly influence our perception of the workplace, and thus shape the way we behave, think and perform.

Are you interested in exploring how to leverage these networks to create meaningful impact? Then we’d love to work with you!

The project

The DiversePath Project, hosted by University College London’s Centre for Organisational Network Analysis (UCL CONA), has embarked on a journey to explore our organisational networks and pioneer best practice for DE&I and employee wellbeing.

By uncovering how networks affect aspects such as retention, promotion and pay, we aim to help organisations design targeted interventions for a fairer workplace.

What’s in it for you?

  • Gain invaluable insights into your organisational network

  • Help pioneer science-backed solutions in human resources

  • Collaborate with academics from one of UK’s leading universities, UCL.
