Hackers love problem solving and her mission is to solve the biggest problems through the use of technology – starting with recruitment. She is a woman on a mission.

Riham's motto in life is to build fairer hiring processes through the use of technology, and she is starting by debiasing HR one step at a time throughout the talent acquisition process. Her start-up MeVitae uses cutting edge technology and people science to de-bias corporations' entire talent acquisition process. They have done some impressive work so far, helping enterprise clients (average company size 30,000 employees) to double their talent pool, increase gender diversity by 30+% and more.

Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer, also known as ChatGPT has gained serious public attention since its launch back in November 2022. As an AI-based language model, it has been used, to varying degrees of success, to generate everything from speeches to songs, news articles to student essays.

During this session, we aim to move beyond the hype and discuss exactly what Generative AI is, its capabilities, and also its limitations.
