MeVitae achieves ISO 27001 Security Certification
MeVitae, the world’s first blind recruiting ATS solution, are proud to announce that as of September 24th 2021, it achieved the ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
The ISO 27001 is regarded as the highest global standard for information security management, providing a framework for the implementation, management, and maintenance of information security within an organisation. Certification of the ISO 27001 demonstrates that MeVitae’s ISMS conform to the documented best practice standards set out by ISO; verifying that we reliably protect information resources, and ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of all data.
The ISO 27001 is comprised of 10 detailed categories, setting out over 100 requirements, relating, but not limited, to the security of physical facilities, software, and information. This certification followed a stringent application process, and a rigorous third-party audit by the British Assessment Bureau, serving as a testimony to our commitment of maintaining the highest security standards.
“We are excited to announce that we are now ISO27001 certified. We strongly believe that adhering to high security standards is key to accelerating the growth of MeVitae and achieving our vision of creating fairness in the workplace,” said Riham Satti, CEO of MeVitae. “This milestone is key in moving one step closer to fulfilling our aim of being a transparent organisation. We are proud to share this result with you today, and continue to show to our customers and partners that we adhere to internationally recognised standards.”
