The team at MeVitae understands that there can be so much variation between candidate profiles that keyword matching alone will only achieve so much. By drawing upon over 10 billion data points, MeVitae analyses each application received relative to the job specification and provides a score based on the candidate’s suitability. This means that employers no longer need to rely solely on what is on a CV, excluding information that can relate to unconscious bias (e.g. protected characteristics) through the use of Natural Language Processing.
