The Role
Are you a dynamic, relationship-focused professional ready to take the lead in driving MeVitae’s channel partnerships? We’re looking for a forward-thinking Channel Partnerships Manager to shape and execute strategies that will grow and optimize our partner ecosystem. You'll work with ATS, HCM providers, and resellers, developing compelling sales strategies, driving partner adoption, and enhancing product offerings. By collaborating with internal teams and negotiating key contracts, you'll ensure our partnerships are both profitable and sustainable. Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Revenue Growth – Own and create channel sales strategies, driving partner optimization and increasing revenue through collaborative integrations and co-selling opportunities.

Product Expertise & Partner Training – Gain in-depth knowledge of MeVitae products to effectively train and onboard channel partners' sales teams, ensuring a clear understanding of the value proposition.

Partner Adoption – Design and execute strategies to enhance mindshare and drive adoption across MeVitae's strategic partners.

Product Enhancement – Assess current product offerings, partner capabilities and work with the product team to recommend enhancements to scale the channel and meet customer requirements.

Performance Monitoring – Track partner sales performance against goals, optimize engagement strategies, and drive continued success through enablement programs.

Marketing Collaboration – Collaborate with marketing and partners to launch co-branded campaigns and joint events that drive demand.

Developing Incentive Programs – Design and implement compelling incentive programs that drive engagement and motivate partner sales teams to accelerate channel growth.

Operational Excellence – Maintain strong partner relationships through regular check-ins, event participation, and CRM management. Keep the partnership team and key stakeholders informed and engaged.
Skills and Experience

Experienced: Your background in channel partnerships and dealing with contracts is key, and beneficial if you have experience partnering with tech companies, ATS/HCM, integration partners and/or resellers.

Dynamic and Interpersonal: You have exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to foster and maintain fruitful relationships.

Strategic Visionary: With a very sharp eye for identifying synergy, you recognize and seize potential partnership opportunities that align with our mission.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: You manage complexities with precision, keeping track of all details necessary to streamline operations and avoid oversight.
