The Role
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic SDR that is driven by change. Working directly with the sales team you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects. As each prospective client is different, we are seeking an SDR that thinks creatively to tailor their approach to each unique opportunity, and building relationships is at the forefront of that.
Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration: Actively collaborate with commercial and sales teams to develop and implement tailored strategies. Craft compelling messages and target lists to spark new sales opportunities and stimulate growth.

Dynamic Campaign Management: Lead both inbound and outbound campaigns with innovative precision, identifying key decision-makers and effectively qualifying leads to maximize impact and reach within your territory.

Lead Qualification Excellence: Apply strict criteria to assess lead potential, ensuring efficient progression to business developers for enhanced conversion. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive stance in fostering promising connections.

Account Research and Development: Conduct thorough research into account details to broaden your influence. Use strategic contact additions and personalized email campaigns to enrich the pipeline with premium prospects.

Opportunity Analysis and Quota Achievement: With a consultative approach, analyze customer needs to uncover and capitalize on opportunities, tackling challenges directly. Aim to consistently surpass monthly quotas by utilizing deep insights to engage effectively and secure qualified leads.

CRM Mastery: Manage the CRM system with exceptional accuracy and organization, keeping account records impeccable. Your diligent updates will ensure accessibility of current data for all team members, promoting transparency and strategic alignment.
Skills and Experience

Proven B2B experience: A strong record of exceeding targets and winning new business; especially outbound prospecting, lead generation, and driving pipeline growth

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with an aptitude for persuasive selling. This includes building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop innovative strategies for engaging potential clients and improving overall sales tactics. Familiarity with the US market and cultural nuances; experience engaging senior stakeholders

Resilience and Adaptability: Comfortable with high-rejection environments and adaptable to changing market conditions. Experience working in scale up environments, with knowledge of HR, legal, and compliance practices is beneficial

Tech-Savvy and Passion: Proficient with modern sales technology and software, including CRM platforms like Hubspot and communication tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
