The Role
Are you a charismatic, results-driven professional eager to steer the helm of our partnerships department in the U.S.? MeVitae is on a rapid trajectory of growth, and we need a visionary leader like you to propel our partnership strategies to unprecedented levels. You will be responsible for our Fairness Marketplace - directly craft and refine our partnership strategy across a whole host of partnership types, from tech companies to resellers. By working closely with our dynamic team, you'll ensure these plans are executed flawlessly, significantly boosting our market presence and impact.
Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Execution: Plan, develop, and continuously refine our partnership strategy. Focus on optimizing existing relationships and acquiring new partners in areas like integration partners, resellers, and through collaborations with applicant tracking systems, and tech companies.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with HCM/ATS Account Executives and partner marketing teams. Ensure regular interaction and alignment with partner goals and strategies.

Contract Management: Handle all contracts and necessary paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance and alignment with our strategic objectives.

Operational Excellence: Stay connected with current partners through regular check-ins and manage all partnership updates within our CRM software. Keep the partnership team and related stakeholders informed and engaged.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate monthly partnership metrics. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets, ensuring the success and ROI of each partnership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and tech teams to address any partner-related issues promptly and effectively. Ensure seamless integration and cooperation across departments.

Marketing Collaboration: Assist in planning and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners. Drive brand awareness and lead generation through collaborative efforts.

Sales Activation: Drive sales leads and opportunities through strategic partnerships, leveraging relationships to enhance business growth.
Skills and Experience

Experienced: Your background in managing partnerships and dealing with contracts is key, and beneficial if you have experience partnering with tech companies, ATS/HCM, integration partners and/or resellers

Dynamic and Interpersonal: You have exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to foster and maintain fruitful relationships

Strategic Visionary: With a very sharp eye for identifying synergy, you recognize and seize potential partnership opportunities that align with our mission.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: You manage complexities with precision, keeping track of all details necessary to streamline operations and avoid oversight.
