In the highly regarded InnovateUK Innovative Inclusion Awards of 2022/23, the UK government recognised and selected fifty trailblazing companies from across the nation. Organisations were chosen for their remarkable track record of driving positive change through previous innovations that tackled various inclusivity challenges. Furthermore, each awarded organisation secured a £50,000 grant to amplify ongoing initiatives or support ground-breaking endeavours within the realm of inclusive innovations.

MeVitae's unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion has propelled them to secure this prestigious award. At the forefront of their accomplishments is MeVitae's blind recruiting tool, which effectively redacts more than 20 personal parameters from applicant documentation. This groundbreaking technology seamlessly integrates with over 20 leading applicant tracking systems (ATS), including Oracle Taleo, SmartRecruiters, and Lever and renowned organizations such as TfL and Hogarth, have already embraced this technology. In recent years MeVitae has received reports indicating a significant increase of up to 30% in DE&I within organizations as a direct result of implementing the solution.

This latest pioneering breakthrough involves extending MeVitae's blind recruiting solution to the sourcing stage of the hiring process, enabling organizations to identify exceptional, diverse talent. Applications were assessed by five independent assessors.
